Thinking ahead for Spring.


 Long, tanned skinny legs, for Spring. 

Yes, thank you very much. We can all have them. Or at least improve on what we got.
It takes some walking, biking, running or whatever is suitable. Exercising can help your legs feel younger.
Diet ( we all know that ) is useful and it is boring.  But it helps.
