Vitamins




Vitamins !

Fresh fruit and vegetables has a lots of energy to offer.

My daily dose of vitamins comes from this fresh juice of two carrots, an apple with added juice from half a lemon. I also sweeten it sometimes with a table spoon of maple syrup.

I love the taste.

Carrots gives you A - important for keeping a healthy skin and hair.
Lemon has C - it boost immune system.
Apple gives you A+C+B+C and many more.

Together it is an excellent source of energy.
